Circular Motion Duo Flow Incline Vibrating Screen
Inclined Duo Flow screens are advanced vibrating screens set at a 15°–30° angle, featuring two slopes—20° in the first half for better stratification and 16° in the second for improved separation, enhancing overall efficiency. The screen vibrates circularly on helical springs, powered by an external motor via a belt and pulley. The stroke, typically 8–12 mm, can be adjusted by changing eccentric masses. With multi-deck arrangements for 2–5 material grades, these screens offer a simple, low-maintenance, and cost-effective design.
